If technical issues arise during a session, I will first try to resolve them quickly. This may involve switching platforms or troubleshooting the problem. If the issue cannot be resolved in a timely manner, we can reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. I also have a backup laptop ready in case my primary device fails, and I encourage students to have a backup plan, such as a different device or a reliable internet connection, to minimise disruptions.
