TutorBird is a web-based application. This means you can access your account from any device with a web browser and an internet connection (ie. phone, tablet, desktop etc).

For detailed instructions on how to add TutorBird to your device’s home screen, please see “Add to iOs” or “Add to Android”

• Navigate to “Calendar” from the main menu on the left.
• Click on the lesson you want to register for.
• Click the “Register” button.
• Review the lesson details and click “Register” to confirm. If this is a recurring event, you can select one or all events in the series.

• Navigate to “Calendar” from the main menu on the left.
• Click on the lesson you want to cancel.
• Click the “Cancel Lesson” button.
• Review the cancellation policy and click “Confirm”. You also have the option to leave a note for your tutor about your cancellation.

• Navigate to “Study Log” from the main menu on the left.
• Click the “Add Time” button, then “Use Timer” from the dropdown.
• Use the “Start/Pause” button as needed, then click “Finish”.
• Add any notes or attachments, then click “Save”.

• Navigate to “Study Log” from the main menu on the left.
• Click the “Add Time” button, then “Add Manually” from the dropdown.
• Fill in the date & duration, add any notes or attachments, then click “Save”.
• OPTIONAL: Email your practice log entry & notes to your tutor by selecting the “Email to tutor” checkbox.

• Navigate to “Study Log” from the main menu on the left.
• Track your studying using “Add Time” or “Use Timer”.
• Click “Choose file(s)” to select files from your devise, or drag and drop them.
• Click “Save” to upload the files and dave the study entry.

• Navigate to “Calendar” from the main menu on the left.
• Click the “Sync” button in the toolbar.
• Select your device type from the dropdown options.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the sync setup. This step will look different depending on the calendar & device you’re syncing with.

• Sign in to the Student Portal on your phone.
• Tap the 3 dots in top right, then “Add to Home screen”.
• Name the shortcut, then tap “Add”.
• Tap “Add to Home screen” or touch & hold the widget to place it on your home screen.

• Sign in to the Student Portal on your phone.
• Tap the share icon at the bottom of the screen.
• Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”.
• Name the shortcut, then tap “Add”.

We will send you a “Student Portal” login email, and you will be directed to click a link to create your Student Portal password.

Reset the password then log in to your account using the link:
