Student Registration Form
Before the first lesson, parents/guardians are asked to complete the Student Registration Form. This allows us to confirm important details about your child and create their profile in our lesson management system.
The information will also help ensure lessons are prepared appropriately and communication with you runs smoothly.
Please only complete this form after you have spoken to us and confirmed your child’s lesson timings.
Once the form has been submitted, your child will be registered and the first lesson will be confirmed.
NB: Students are expected to send the topic they would like help with at least 24 hours before each lesson so that sessions can be prepared effectively.
